Starting our journey in 1971 in Gujarat with electrical and power equipment, Daftari Industries and the Popular Group of Companies have evolved into India's leading provider of industrial gas systems, cryogenic equipment, LPG/Propane installations, pressure control systems, and gas distribution infrastructure.
In 2000, we created history in Morbi (India's Ceramic Capital) by issuing India's first Underground Gas Storage Tank License for M/s. Astron Ceramic and India's first Mounded Gas Storage Tank License for M/s. Suman Ceramic. Between 2000 and 2005, we successfully executed 98 industrial gas storage tank projects across India.

Our journey began in 1972 with the establishment of our first shop, Popular Agencies, in Morbi, India. We were proud to be an authorized Crompton Greaves dealer, laying the foundation for our commitment to quality products, trusted service, and long-lasting customer relationships. This milestone marked the beginning of a legacy that continues to grow across generations.

National Record Sales – Capsun Industries (1998)
Achieved India's largest 1-year sales with Capsun Industries (Hyderabad) selling Gas Stoves and Pectromess (Auto Start) without welding (brazing type). Featured Shri Dhimantbhai Daftary (Popular Agencies India) presenting the Pectromess series at our shop in Morbi.

Industry Awareness & Safety Program (2000–2002)
Around 2000–2002, Super Gas organized free LPG safety awareness camps and training programs to educate consumers and promote the safe handling and efficient use of LPG. These initiatives were conducted with the valuable support of Shri Hitenbhai Dhimantbhai Daftary, whose dedication to customer safety and community awareness played an important role in the success of these programs.

India's 1st Underground & Mounded LPG Tank Licenses
Expanded and created history in Morbi (Ceramic City). Issued India's FIRST Underground Gas Storage Tank License for M/s. Astron Ceramic and India's FIRST Mounded Gas Storage Tank License for M/s. Suman Ceramic. Between 2000 and 2005, booked & commissioned 98 gas tanks (5MT to 60MT) with PESO (CCOE Nagpur) licensing.
VANAZ PRVs & Gujarat Gas Pipeline Network
Having promoted M/s. VANAZ Engineers Pune since 1999 supplying PRVs in gas tank installations, in 2007 when Gujarat Gas pipeline gas started, supplied major pressure regulation equipment of VANAZ Engineers across Gujarat.
Kirloskar Electric #1 EFF-1 Motor Distributor in India
Collaborated with Kirloskar Electric (Hubli/Bangalore) to develop drawing designs for Ginning & Oil Mill EFF-1 motors. Ranked #1 across all over India for selling EFF-1 motors for 5 consecutive years.
